Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026

D-Vasive is a privacy-monitoring app. It detects when other apps access your camera or microphone and shows you the result. This policy explains what data the app handles and what it does not do with it.

Summary

Data D-Vasive reads on your device

To monitor hardware access, D-Vasive reads the following information locally. None of this leaves your device.

Data storage

D-Vasive stores a local database on your device containing your detection log. This database lives in your app's private storage and is inaccessible to other apps. It is never transmitted anywhere. If you uninstall D-Vasive, the database is deleted with the app.

You can delete individual entries by swiping them, delete any single detection from its detail screen, or clear the entire log from the Detections screen.

What D-Vasive does not access

D-Vasive does not request camera permission, microphone permission, location permission, contact permission, or any other sensitive personal-data permission. It observes when hardware is used, rather than accessing those resources itself.

Payments and billing

D-Vasive offers a 7-day free trial followed by an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the app permanently. Payments are handled by Google Play Billing. D-Vasive does not receive or store your payment information.

Third-party services

D-Vasive uses Google Play Billing to process the in-app purchase. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information about how Google handles payment data.

D-Vasive does not use analytics SDKs, crash-reporting services, advertising networks, or any other third-party trackers.

Children's privacy

D-Vasive is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
